genARTS Silicon Valley's second-annual experimental exhibition, EMBRACE, will feature 32 Santa Clara County artists and partners with new local gallery and studios, Know Future Gallery.

Wednesday. August 10, 6:00 - 7:30 pm - Artist Talk

This free interactive panel/workshop is centered around creating an artistic career and will include an elevator pitch activity . Topics include how each panelist developed their creative careers, how to use social media for marketing, pricing work, self-advocacy, and creating an elevator pitch.

Panelists: Dio Mendoza, Jacueline de Leon, and Sean Boyles.

Moderated by Alyssarhaye Graciano.

Saturday, August 20, 3:00 - 4:30 pm - Drawing Workshop with Roan Victor 

Roan Victor will lead drawing exercises. Paper and pencils are provided but participants can bring other mediums and personal sketchbooks. $20/person.
